ISLAMABAD:
islamabad court on Friday rejected a police request to extend the physical arrest of Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill. in case of rebellion.
The PTI leader appeared before Judge Umar Shabir earlier today after the completion of his two-day arrest, with strict security measures in place in a court.
Previously medical board of Gill was also carried out by court order of which was presented today in police court.
When Gill appeared before the judge in a crowded courtroom, his lawyer asked on what was the basis advocate general gift in room, adding that government intervention in the matter is clearly visible. After that, the court sent to all persons not directly involved with proceedings to vacate the courtroom
it also allowed Gill to meet his lawful team together with former information minister Fawad Chaudhry and other PTI executives.
At the beginning of hearing, the police demanded an extension of Gill’s physical conclusion.
The investigator informed the court that KD of audio program in which Gill allegedly made anti-army remarks were received and the audio evidence matched.

Advocate General of Islamabad Jahangir Khan Jadun stated that the polygraph test should be taken as “a transcript that is just being read and we don’t know of who is behind all destruction.”
Jadun went on request for extension of physical detention, which Gill’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry objected to, saying no need for this is printing test possible without it.
The court subsequently denied the application for extension of physical detention and sent the accused back to jail on judicial arrest.
“Political revenge’
During a conversation with media after appearing in court, Shahbaz Gill claimed that during the investigation he was asked how a lot of times he had met Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed, alluding to the alleged closeness of the PTI chairman with in former Chief of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

Speaking before the court earlier, Gill also claimed that he had been tortured and that no medical examination had been carried out.
He added that he wasn’t locked up up at the Kohsar police station where the case was filed and he was made to stay up all night and was not allowed to see his lawyers.
He added that he couldn’t even think of make anti-army statements.

“I am not a criminal professor. didn’t even hold me back in Kosar Police Station,” Jill said.
“During the investigation, I was repeatedly asked what former prime minister [Imran Khan] told me to do. I did not make such statements,” he said, adding that what is happening to him is “political revenge”.
IHC Gilla asks for Karachi case to be declared illegal
According to Express newsLawyers Gilla Faisal Chaudhry and Niazullah Niazi filed an application in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to declare sedition case filed later today against PTI leader in Karachi as illegal.
Petition asks for interior secretary of IS Islamabad, IS Sindh, Kohsar Police Station and SHO of Karachi declares FIR registered in Memongot police station as illegal.
He stated that there were isolated cases in Karachi and Islamabad on one case and argued that the registration of two cases concerning one case is “violation of court decisions”.
“Target of The “fake case” is directed against the entire leadership of PTI,” the petition reads. added.
Reconsideration appeal inadmissible
Police Inspection Application against court refusal of Shahbaz Gill’s request for detention was also fired.
Judge Muhammad Adnan Khan delivered the verdict at additional hearings who declared the revised application inadmissible.
However, an earlier order by a judicial magistrate to send the PTI leader to jail was supported.
Imran condemns Gill arrest
By court order, PTI head Imran Khan once again condemned arrest of Gill like him took on Twitter and pointed his weapon at the government, saying that if Jill broke any law, he should get a fair hearing.
