ISLAMABAD: Saturday banking court in Islamabad heard a petition filed by Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan asking for bail. in foreign funding case.
During the trial, the lawyer for PTI requested that Khan be exempted from appearing in court, and the request was accepted by Banking Court Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen. with a warning what was it last the time when the court exempted him from appearing in court.
The referee called Imran in personal capacity during next hearing of case on January 31 and also requested arguments from lawyers of Both sides.
This is significant development in ongoing litigation against opposition party and his leadership.
