ISLAMABAD: Balochistani Awami Party (BAP) leader Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri welcomed Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong on Pakistan-China 71st Anniversary of friendly diplomatic relations.
The Baloch leader congratulated Chinese President Xi Jinping, Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong, the government and people of both countries on happening of 71st anniversary of creation of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan.
In her congratulatory message, she said, “Pakistan is proud of his eternal and strong friendship with China. Pakistani-Chinese friendship is eternal and unique and getting stronger with time. China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project living example of our mutual commitment to a strong relationship between the two brother countries”.
She is added: “Travel of Pakistani-Chinese friendship spans decades and its scope extended for all trips of life say that China and Pakistan are two brothers. It’s a happy day when two countries sowed the seeds of friendship that has become a strong and fruitful tree in 71 years old
Whether it is war, peace, or any natural disaster, China has given full support to Pakistan in every hard time and on important occasions.”
Senator Samina Mumtaz Zeri acknowledged that Chinese investment in Pakistan has played a significant role in economic development.
“Thanks to CPEC, billions of dollars are invested in Pakistan and it playing a key role in in development of Pakistan. There are currently thousands of the chinese serve in Pakistan in various fields and transfer knowledge to Pakistanis on administrative and technical skills”, she noted.
Senator Samina Mumtaz Zeri emphasized that protection of Chinese citizens in Pakistan “is our top priority and all resources are being used for This.”
She foresaw that Pakistani-Chinese friendship last to end of time and it will get stronger with passage of time.
