ISLAMABAD: Guide of China Communication Construction Company (CCCC) and Pakistani army distributed fishing nets among poor fishermen in Gwadar.
Target of Spread of nets was supposed to help needy fishermen of Gwadar in earn living room with dignity as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Liu Fantao, project manager of Eastbay Expressway (EBEW), Brigadier General Fahad Mansour of Commander of the 440th Brigade, Assistant Commissioner, Gwadar Port Authority and Gwadar Development Authority officials and representatives of local fishermen.
The fishermen expressed their gratitude to the Pakistani army and CCCC for helping them. They are also raised the slogan of Pakistani-Chinese friendship and praised role of CCCC in picking up life of common people in Gwadar.
” nets distributed to poor and needy fishermen of Gwadar,” Mr. Fangtao said, adding that the completion of EBEW will lead to development of Northern Free Zone and will create many jobs for local. He said, people of Gwadar will receive maximum project benefits.
Brigadier General Fahad Mansour thanked the Chinese government and leadership of CCCC for their welfare efforts of local fishermen.
