Advocate for former President Trump called out referee who signed off on search warrant of his Mar-a-Lago resort is demanding know why did the same judge recuse himself in case around Hillary Clinton in June.
“They needed a little drama, so they throw this is out there. They go to the judge, who recused himself in my Hillary case a month ago,” said Alina Khabba during the appearance on Fox News Friday night. “I would like to know why did he give up in case, but then he could sign this warrant. I want to know what.”
Trump is suing Clinton and other prominent Democrats over them role in promoting what he calls misconceptions about Trump collusion with Russia. Judge Bruce W. Reinhart recused himself in that case – just six weeks before giving green light on an FBI raid on Trump home.
The note on the challenge of Reinhart, in particular, does not indicate reason for his exit from the Clinton case.
