Biden signs bill to lower inflation, sealing big Democratic victory on climate, health and taxes

Washington — President Biden signed Inflation Reduction Act in law at the White House on Tuesday, finalization of the signature of legislation to combat climate change, reduce health care costs and raise taxes on corporations just a week before the midterm elections.
