An international ministerial conference with eleven countries was organized by the Slovenian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry in Kranj on Friday on the situation of women in rural areas, the Ministry of Agriculture said. As it was written, several Western Balkan countries were represented at the event, alongside France, Germany and Austria.

The Secretary of State emphasized that the Hungarian government had launched a special program to develop the infrastructure and public services of Hungarian villages, which significantly improves the living conditions of people living in small settlements through the development of kindergartens, doctor’s offices or even the improvement of roads, makes life there more attractive for young people as well
At the end of the event, the participating countries adopted a joint declaration.
The next day of the conference, Zsolt Feldman visited the 59th Agra International Agricultural and Food Fair in Gornja Radgona. August 21-26.
The AGRA trade fair will be organized in partnership with France, with exhibitors from Austria, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Germany and Serbia. The CED Central European Economic Development Network operates a Hungarian stand in the presence of several Hungarian companies and organizes a Hungarian-Slovenian business forum in connection with the fair on August 22.
