Armed police on scene of ongoing incident in residential street in far clap area of Northampton.
At least seven police cars, police dog unit and forensics are located next to the Shell garage in Southampton road.
West North Councilor Emma Roberts (Delapre and Rushmere) took to social media ask people stay away from area.
She tweeted: “I hear reports of serious incident on Southampton road. Please stay away and let the Northern police do their job and give the villagers peace.
“For everybody safety please allow them to do what they need.
She is added: “Thoughts with residents and anyone involved in Incident.”
Northern police confirmed that they currently on scene.
The representative said: “We currently a business with major incident.”
