Apple Plans to Release New MacBook Pro with 3nm Chip in Q3 2023

Upcoming MacBook Pro with 3nm CPU
According to insiders within the industry, the preview states that the upcoming iteration of Apple’s MacBook Pro would have 3nm CPUs when released in the third quarter of this year.
Improved Performance and Power Efficiency
The rumor most likely refers to Apple’s forthcoming announcement of a new 13-inch MacBook Pro equipped with the company’s next-generation M3 chip. Apple still needs to make this information public. Compared to the M2 chip found in the currently available 13-inch MacBook Pro, which is based on 5nm technology, the performance of the M3 chip, which will be built using TSMC’s 3nm process, is likely to be significantly improved, as will its power efficiency.
Possible Launch Date
Mark Gurman of Bloomberg suggested that the first Macs equipped with the M3 CPU would go on sale as early as October. As a result, a launch will occur in the fourth quarter rather than in the third quarter. In any event, the likelihood of Apple publicly announcing the M3 processor later this year is growing stronger. The next-generation 13-inch MacBook Pro, 13-inch MacBook Air, and 24-inch iMac will most likely have the processor when released. The 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 chip was the last model to receive an update from Apple in June 2022, and its price in the United States began at $1,299 then. The laptop’s overall design is seven years old, and it is the only Mac still in production that uses a Touch Bar rather than traditional function keys.
