Worried mom pleads for her adolescence daughter reach out to family because she has been missing since morning. Alicia Barker was last visible in Exeter at 9 am and her mom says this is very out of symbol for her to disappear.
thirteen-year-old lives in Stock-on-Trent with her family but stayed with her father and his girlfriend in Exmouth for this Easter. Her Rachel Fenton-Livingston says now she’s gone for eleven hours and “took all her things with her”.
