Algeria announced the severance of diplomatic relations with Morocco, starting today, Tuesday. Algeria announced on the 19th of this month that it would re-evaluate its relations with Morocco after what it described as “hostile acts.”
This came after an extraordinary meeting of the Algerian Supreme Security Council headed by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to discuss What the presidency described as the continuing hostile conditions from Morocco, according to a statement by the Presidency of the Republic.
