Al-Rumaihi confirmed that the members of the cell are still detained in prison, adding that “Kuwait is going through a stage of broad reconciliation, and this matter may require amnesty for some of these.”
Al-Rumaihi pointed out that it is necessary to “separate between sect and political allegiance.” He also saw that “the Arab world has been suffering for some time from a struggle between brothers.”
