“Heartbroken” family of woman paid emotional tribute after her supposed murder.
McKeela Taylor, aged 27, was found dead in house in Lowtown Street, Worksop, shortly after 2 am. on Tuesday.
BUT murder an investigation was launched and investigators arrested a 66-year-old man in connection with her death.
David Jackson, of Worksop appeared before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court. on Friday charged with her murder.
he was taken into custody in guardianship and is next must appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Monday 22 August.
Miss Taylor family said in statement: “There is just there are no words to describe what we’re going through like family. All we can say is that our hearts are absolutely broken.
“We have lost such a beautiful and caring daughter, mother, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece and cousin.
“We just truly broken that our dear McKeela was taken from us in the worst possible way and we will never see her beautiful face and smile again.
“His just left us with such big hole in our hearts that can never be fixed.”
Detective Inspector Kaz Smithson, of Nottinghamshire Police, added: “At McKeelah’s death was an absolute tragedy and I can only imagine the pain her loved ones are going through right now.
“Identifier like to pass on my sincere condolences family and assure them that we are doing our best to convey to them justice they deserve.
“We are pleased that we have made a significant step in our investigation by accusing the suspect who is now on trial.”
