Police say they have arrested two suspects who severely tortured a youngster on August 17 after accusing him for to be thief.
The incident was reported on Friday After Horror Video of torture was shared on social media platforms.
According to information, local residents from Shah Latif Town in Malir area of Karachi set their own court and tortured a man named Gulzar after he was accused of robbery. The man was tied to a tree trunk and severely tortured.

Police officials said that local residents do not inform the police about this, and the suspect is wanted. currently being treated at a local hospital. It looks like the man was dragged in in area and pushed under the water by armed men.
The man was charged of stole some steel rods. Incident took place three days back.
