PHOENIX – man dead after an alleged conflict with neighbors led to shootings near 27th Avenue and Ocotillo Road on Sunday.
According to the Phoenix Police, the situation allegedly began as noise a complaint that escalated into a dispute between neighbors.
Two men got out of their homes with weapons, police said.
The police were then called to the scene. for reports of shooting, where they found a man shot to death in an apartment.
According to police, the man is 33 years old.year-old Nicasio Isagere was taken to the local hospital and was later declared dead.
The authorities arrested the man who witnesses identified the shooter.
