President Dr. Arif Alvi on University of Karachi accused of suicide on Saturday attack in three Chinese teachers were killed on hostile countries saying they are wanted harm the friendship between the two countries and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Four people including three Chinese teachers and a Pakistani driver were killed in suicide attack blown away out a woman in a veil outside Confucius Institute in University of Karachi on Tuesday.
“Hostile countries will not work in their wicked designs countries enjoy deeply rooted ties and are determined to strengthen their all-weather friendship,” President Alvi said. in meeting with Chargé d’Affaires Pang Chunxue.

President Dr. Arif Alvi offered ‘sincere’ condolences over Incident.
The President said that all Pakistani people in “deep pain and shock” over accident and shared grief of Chinese brothers and sisters.
He confirmed the Pakistani resolve leave no stone unturned in security safety of Chinese citizens in country and bringing to justice elements involved in disgusting attack.

He asked the chargé d’affaires to convey his sincere condolences to the Chinese. peopleCommunist Party of China and President Xi Jinping.
Charge d’Affaires thanked the President for visiting the embassy and for expression of solidarity with in people and government of China.
Chunxue said, “Both countries have a long history of friendship and close cooperation.
She condemned the attack, hoping that the perpetrators behind this incident will be delayed and punished.

Later, during a conversation with the media, the President said that the friendship between the two countries was fixed in fraternal relations of townspeople of Pakistan and China.
He believed that the loss of three Chinese brothers in Karachi attack was like loss of relatives in Pakistan.
The President emphasized need for destruction of nefarious terrorist plots aimed at discouraging China from helping Pakistan and expanding of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
“Pakistan has been very successful in defeating such constructs, but then the Karachi terrorist attack took place, which is very painful,” he said, assuring that the perpetrators were involved in in attack would be brought to justice.
