ISLAMABAD: Head of the Awami Muslim League (AML) and former interior minister Sheikh Rashid on Wednesday said that former Life of Prime Minister Imran Khan in danger after being expelled from power, ARY News reports.
Speaking at a press conference, former minister and for government, a close ally of Sheikh Rashid said that Imran Khan stood up to foreign pressure to oust him, so he fears that some foreign forces may try to kill him as head of PTI are going to hold rallies in several cities of the country.
“Imran Khan’s policies angered the superpowers so they might try kill him,” Sheikh Rashid said, adding that former PM should not give protest call in Islamabad for he can be killed or put in jail.
He repeated his promise to stand with Imran Khan and said he didn’t either want sit in meetings with “import government” So like PTI MNAs, he also submitted his resignation to Imran Khan.
