On October 31, talk to Soponcio and give him treats.

On the same date, give sweets to residents to obtain recipes ( full list here) and lollipops (all details here) in return.

Give Soponcio more sweets and lollipops to get all his items ( full list here).

Repeat steps 3 and 4 to get all items ( you have the complete list here).

Play with the neighbors on Halloween night: When we talk to them on that date, they will ask us trick or treatment. If we give them sweets, we will receive recipes or lollipops and if we do not give them and we carry sweets in our pockets they will play a pretty funny joke.
