Ubisoft as a company is being sued for ‘institutional sexual harassment’. Also, the charges are against five employees and ex-employees, and a number of ‘nameless individuals’:
Former vice president of editorial and creative services Tommy François, former chief creative officer Serge Hascoët and his assistant, former head of human resources Cécile Cornet and Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot as “chief responsible”.
Ubisoft has has not yet responded to the charges. However, it recently indicated that it feared a loss of talent due to misconduct and that it has a ‘zero tolerance policy’.
