On the other hand, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a lawsuit against Binance for Procedure business without proper registration, in violation of the Commodity Exchange Act. This legal challenge greatly affected Binance’s operations in the United States, which led to a big loss of market share in the country.
