The Saudi Red Sea Authority has announced the issuance of seven rules for navigational activities in the Red Sea, which are related to the design and operation of tourist marinas, the classification of tourist marine vehicles and cruise ships.

The authorities said in a statement that the rules also apply to the travel nautical agent, the operator of tourist cruises, the rental of huge yachts and private yachts to visit.
Preparation of the Rules
The authorities said in a statement that they have been working on the preparation of these rules in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the Red Sea system and general studies.
Maritime Tourism and Recreational Activities
The Commission also aims to provide maritime tourism and recreational activities, which are the most important tasks of the Commission, on which it works to achieve economic development, environmental sustainability and the promotion of coastal tourism in the Kingdom.
Effective Date
According to the message, the rules will come into force after 90 days from the date of their publication.
