Algerian Company Sonatrach and Total Energies Sign Major Contracts
Investment of $700 Million for Gas Production
Algerian company Sonatrach said Sunday that Total Energies will invest $700 million to produce 54 billion cubic meters of gas and 13 million tons of condensate.
Hydrocarbon Supply Contracts Signed
Sonatrach said in a statement today Sunday that Sonatrach President and CEO Toufik Hakkar and Total Energies President and CEO Patrick Pouyanne signed two hydrocarbon supply contracts and a contract related to the expansion of contractual obligations between Sonatrach and Total Energies on the sale and purchase of liquefied natural gas, as well as a memorandum of understanding in the field of energy transition and renewable energy.
