NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance and its partners have been providing Ukraine with unprecedented military assistance since the winter.
“Since the winter, Kyiv has received an unprecedented supply of new weapons, ammunition, spare parts, and training for its forces,” Stoltenberg told The Washington Post.
He noted that NATO and its partners have trained more than 9 brigades this winter, and now they are “fully staffed.”
And White House National Security Council strategic communications coordinator John Kirby said earlier that the United States had provided Ukraine with all the means it needed to counterattack.
