It comes after a senior Ukrainian source said earlier today that talks are scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, on a United Nations-brokered agreement that allows for the safe export of Ukrainian grain through Black Sea ports, with all parties involved.
“Negotiations are scheduled for tomorrow. (Involving) all parties… I hope there will be results,” a source told Reuters, who asked not to be named.
