LAHORE: Former prime minister and Pakistani Tehrek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has apparently distanced himself from his party from the coalition’s decision demand compose full court bench on case of delayed elections in Punjab, stating that “it does not matter full bench conducts hearings.

The head of the PTI said he consulted with his leading lawyers before the dissolution of the provincial assemblies. in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). “..All of who were absolutely clear that the 90 day constitutional provision on holding of elections were inviolable. Imran Khan said that PDM government and its supposed handlers “threaten the very foundation of Pakistan… picking cherries that articles of They will abide by the constitution.”

Imran’s statement comes hours after five members of the Supreme Court bench PTI hearing plea challenging decision postpone elections to the Punjab Assembly, which was dissolved.
