Pakistan national Assembly Secretariat reportedly denied entry of YouTubers, TikTokers and more social media influencers in House of Parliament. According to announcement secretariat, decision was taken after the incident of “bad behavior with [lawmakers] some unauthorized YouTubers/social media influencers at gate #1 of House of Parliament on December 23 last year”.

Shared after the incident with Press Reporters Association, body said it was only responsible for its members and for Youtubers and social media influencers, Dawn said.
Pakistan Reporters Association secretary general Asif Bashir Chaudhry said, according to the report, that they did not support any of ban on citizen journalists.
Every citizen of Pakistan enjoyed freedom of expression, body said, adding that this applies not only to journalists in country.

Press body It has also decided to deny entry of unauthorized persons in press gallery and press room of House of Representatives, the report goes on to say that national The Secretariat of the Assembly decided that only those reporters, journalists and media personnel who connected with accredited media organizations will be allowed to enter parliament house. In addition, they will also need have a valid registration card of in concerned media organization when looking for an entrance.
Only those social media influencers who accredited will be admitted to Parliament house.
