ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday dismissed the Customs Department’s appeal challenging the lower courts’ decision. decision in hand over a vehicle citizen upon imposition of a fine of 50 000 RUB. on Department for filing an unfounded claim with the court.
Supreme Court Judge Kazi Faez Isa and Judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar heard the release case of non-standard paid vehicle citizen on Wednesday.
