Liz Truss rules out public cut spending amid economic turmoil

Ian Blackford, SNP Leader in Westminster accused by Liz Truss of scapegoat Andrew Bailey, Governor of bank of England.

Ms Truss said: “The actions we have taken mean families in Scotland and the United Kingdom facing colossal electricity bills.
