Accused man in kidnapping and murder of Memphis mother Eliza Fletcher charged with additional account of kidnapping and aggravated rape in an “unrelated” case, the report said.
Cleota Abston, 38 facing additional allegations, Memphis police confirmed to Fox News without providing much. information other than confirmation what new the calculations are unrelated to the Fletcher case.
Abston, who served 20 years in prison for aggravated kidnapping in 2000, indicted with murder of Fletcher, granddaughter of late billionaire.
Fletcher ran around 4:20 am. on Memphis police said that on September 2, when she was herded into a dark GMC Terrain. Her broken phone and water bottle were also found near, nearby.
Security cameras showed Fletcher, a 34-year-old old wife and mother of two who were pushed into car.
Abston was arrested next the day after DNA linked him to the couple of slides left near the place of the kidnapping. He refused to tell investigators where she was.
