British aid worker tortured death pro-Kremlin separatists, said Ukraine’s High Commissioner for Human Rights.
Paul Urey, 45, died in July in Donetsk People’s Republic controlled by separatists region in east of Ukraine. Pro-Moscow officials said he had died of heart problems and stress.
Dmitry Lubinets, Ukraine’s top human rights official, suggested that Yuri was mutilated before his death. He said body were returned to Ukrainian-controlled territory after lengthy negotiations.
