Floods in Pakistan: rains, floods claim 75 more life in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: 75 more people died because of rain and floods in various parts of country during last 24 hours Bol news channel said.
According to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), flash floods have claimed lives. of 1136 while 634 people were generally injured.
According to NDMA report, 402 people died due to rain and flood in Sindh while 168 people lost their lives in Punjab. Moreover, 250 died in Balochistan and 258 people lost their lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPC). Rain has claimed lives in Azad Kashmir of 41 people. in region of Gilgit Baltistan, aged 22, died.
According to data provided by NDMA, 10,051,570 houses were damaged due to of floods and rains. In addition, 735,375 cattle died as a result of flash floods.
Highways throughout the country also affected by rains and floods across the country. In Balochistan, 1000 kilometers of highways were damaged, 18 bridges were damaged.
In Sindh, 2328 km of highways were damaged, 60 bridges were damaged. In Punjab 121 km and 600 km of roads were damaged in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPC).
