ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif convenes All Party Conference (APC) over current flood disasters in country.
The ceremony will take place at the Prime Minister’s House on Monday (today). In this regard, sources said that all political parties were invited to the conference, except for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), including the PDM and all its allies.
The conference will discuss measures to eliminate the consequences of a natural disaster. faced through people due to monsoon rains and floods throughout the country. it should note that the humanitarian situation in pakistan worsened over in past two weeks as heavy rains continue cause flood.
Over 1000 people died because of the rain and flood disasters in four provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan, while millions have been moved. In addition, agricultural crops on millions of acres were full destroyed and many houses became piles of rubble.
