KARACHI: All government as well as private schools and colleges will remain closed for in next two days through Sindh, keeping in view in weather situation.
Schools will remain closed on August 26 and 27 (Friday and Saturday).
Provincial Education Minister Sardar Shah said that many districts in the province continues to suffer from flooding, adding that schools and colleges have been flooded and some have been converted into relief camps.
minister said that decision will apply to all schools and colleges in provinces.
it second times this week when schools and colleges remain closed in Sindh due to a rain emergency. Schools were also closed on Wednesday and Thursday (August 24-25).
Exams postponed
Board of Secondary Education (BIEK), Karachi announced a new date for exams to be taken place on 24 and 25 August.
papers of Art (regular as well as private) as well as special candidates for The annual VSK-2022 exam will now take place on August 29 (Monday) and August 30 (Tuesday).
Karachi University Postpones Exams
On the other hand, the university of Karachi Exam Coordinator Dr. Syed Zafar Hussain also announced that the exams that were held on August 26 and 27 in the university was postponed as well as new dates will be announced soon.
