Former President Donald Trump on Friday said he soon file a “main petition” in connection with FBI search on his estate in Florida earlier this month.
Trump made in announcement on his Social Truth platform, arguing that his constitutional rights against unreasonable searches and seizures were violated in searches at Mar-a-Lago on 8 August.
Federal agents acting on search warrant, stormed Trump’s palatial estate as part of of investigation into whether the 45th president was illegal took secret material when he left White House.
Agents left with 27 boxes of material11 of which contained classified documents that they suspect violate the Espionage Act and other laws, according to federal authorities.

Trump announcement came the day after the federal judge who signed off on search warrant moved to manufacture spare parts of affidavit that established probable cause for Searching the public despite federal objections prosecutors.
