DRIVERS are encouraged to park only in in car parks in Studland after motorists ignored ‘no parking’ signs yesterday as firefighters continue to fight with in aftermath of friday is huge fire.
Firefighters remain on scene of in fire this morning with fire teams will continue to monitor the site for rest of day.

Providing update on On Sunday morning, the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters are still on the scene this morning and at noon the incident will be scaled back further to one device for monitoring throughout the holiday of day.
“Our equipment still in use along Ferry Road and the PARKING ban will be lifted. remain in place to allow us continue work.
“A little vehicles were towed away due to ignoring the signs, so please do not park there, car parks available”.
On Saturday, Purbeck police said they had issued 60 tickets and three vehicles towed to Studland after ignoring “no parking” signs.

This was reported by the Dorset police. on Saturday he got the reports of 300 drivers park along Ferry Road despite being told not to.
The rep said, “We got a call to let you know that more more than 300 vehicles ignored no-parking signs along Ferry Road. in Studland in allow in fire service to fight the big wasteland fire there.
“Parking restrictions in place because the water hose runs along the road to allow firefighters to sort out with this incident. We even received reports that motorists moving hose so they can park up.
“We urge anyone who did it to get them back vehicles as well as move them.
“Please do not park here: our fire colleagues work in extreme conditions to fight this flame, and they need in public to help them, not hinder them.”
Access to Studland has been closed off on Saturday with Sandbanks ferry taken out of service and Ferry Road and adjacent roads are closed off during the interdepartmental response to fire.
The smoke was visible for miles around.
