ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced fourteen percent discount on domestic flights for 75th Independence Day, ARY News reports. on Saturday.
In a statement released on Twitter, a PIA spokesperson said passengers will receive 14 percent on domestic flights for 75th Independence Day.
“Discount is gift from national carrier for compatriots for Independence Day,” the spokeswoman said. added.
The country will celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, the 75th Independence Day of Motherland, tomorrow (Sunday) with new commitment work with spirit of Pakistani movement to turn the country into true powerful Islamic welfare state.
Dawn will come, according to Pakistani state radio. with thirty-one gun salute in the federal capital and twenty-one gun salute at the provincial headquarters.
Special prayers will be offered in mosques at dawn for peace, solidarity and prosperity of country. AT main feature of celebrations will national flag-raising ceremony in Islamabad.
Similar flag-raising ceremonies will be also conducted at the level of provincial, provincial and district headquarters throughout the country.
