BUT yellow weather warning was issued for Suffolk like thunderstorms expected hit county after spell of extreme heat.
AT weather warning will be in place for whole of county from 10 a.m. to midnight on Monday, August 15, according to the Hydrometeorological Center.
This comes after another heatwave hit the county this week and a drought was declared. in Suffolk.
Temperatures are expected to rise in Suffolk. remain high this weekend with highs of Expect 35C before thunderstorms.
Though the rain may be a welcome sight for a lot, maybe cause more violations in Suffolk.
At the Met Office website it states: “In the event of a flood or lightning strike, there are chance of delays and some cancellations of trains and buses.
“Splash and flooding can also lead to difficult road conditions and blocking of some roads”.
