ISLAMABAD: Speaker of the National Assembly Raja Perwaiz Ashraf on Wednesday announced the place of Member of Pakistan National Assembly Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Muhammad Mian Soumro NA-196, Jacobabad vacant due to his 40 days absence from meetings of house.
