Bloomington Police Chief Hodges says three people in guarded for shopping mall shooting of America everyone face felony charge of “assistance to the delinquent”, and there are nationwide warrants out for two people.
Denesh Raghubir, 21; Selena Raghubir, 23; and 23-year-old Delyani Quen-Shon Arnold charged with assistance to the offender.
There are nationwide warrants out for 21-year-old Shamar Alon Lark and 23-year-Old Rashad Jamal May.
“You can’t shoot up mall and think you’re about to leave with it,” Chief Booker Hodges told reporters. “I knew there were many of people who were traumatized by it. We just want do sure we do our best to keep our community Safely.”
Officers responded to messages of several shots on West side of Shopping center of America around 4:17 pm on Thursday. The officers were then sent to Nike. store where there were three shells found just inside main input.

Surveillance video showed six people was involved in a fight in front of at the storecheckout areabringing several customers run away. Two people involved in in fight – identified as Lark and May – left in store briefly, and then returned. Upon returning, Lark allegedly fired his pistol several times. times towards other members in in fight.
Chief Hodges said May encouraged Mr Lark to go back in and shoot up in the store and unfortunately Mr Lark decided display a complete flaw of respect for humanity and entered store and fired off three rounds in a crowded Nike store”.
Surveillance footage shows the two running out of shopping center north doors, through north plot and to the IKEA parking lot. The officers then determined that they were chosen up by Best Western hotel shuttle and delivered to the hotel just south of shopping center.
According to the complaint, phone records showed May called Arnold two minutes after the shots were fired. in shopping center. Mae then received five calls from Arnold between 4:20 pm and 4:23 pm.
Chief Hodges further explained that the suspects in custody helped Lark and May escape, saying, “These three people what helped Lark and May, we locked them up up- as well as anyone this will help Lark and May, we’re going to lock up up”.
Arnold’s girlfriend is Selena Ragubeer, assistant. manager at Best Western and cousin of Denesh Raghubir, who was identified as driver of the shuttle you chose up May and Lark.
The complaint states that the hotel management has confirmed that Denesh Raghubir is not regular shuttle driver and regular driver worked at the time, but he allegedly told officers that he abandoned Lark and May off in a hotel and knew them as friends of his cousin Selena.
Denesh Raghubir also informed the officers that Selena Raghubir left hotel right after he left Lark and May off but he didn’t see her for 45 minutes, the complaint says.
The police searched the apartment of Arnold and Selena Raghubir. home as well as vehicle in next day and found the orange shirt that May apparently wore and the white tank top that Lark was wearing at the time of shooting.
As of On Monday afternoon, Denesh, Selena Ragoubir and Arnold were all together. in guarded. If convicted, they could face up up to three years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Lark and May remain on the loose. 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS learned that both Lark and May on probation for past gun- related crimes.

Bloomington Police introduced update on their investigation at 3 pm on Monday.
Chief Hodges stated, “If anyone decides out a gun or a weapon and shows blatant disrespect for humanityI am not know what security defense we will have for what. Our position of safety will remain same.”
Chief Hodges says “May wanted. Now we’re going issue a national order for help the delinquent and we’re going issue nationwide warrant. he will wanted for second degree of attack.
Shopping center of America released a statement in which says in in part, this increased the presence of law enforcement and security agencies. This includes K-9 units, patrol officers and plainclothes officers.
The mall didn’t say how how long will these measures remain in effect.
