“Forcing and controlling” husband who killed his wife when he realized she was trying to get out of a toxic relationship, was imprisoned for at least 21 years old.

Rolf said she hoped the conviction and sentence would provide small measure of consolation for Eileen family and those who loved her.
“Controlling or coercive behavior in relationships have become a specific offense in 2015 and continues to be a priority for West Yorkshire Police and its partner agencies in our work fight domestic violence and deliver against our strategy to combat violence against women and girls to improve investigations and reduce offenses that disproportionately affect women and girls,” said Rolfe.
