ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan decided to file a lawsuit against Chief Commissioner for Elections (CEC) Sikandar Raja Sultan, ARY News reports. on Saturday.
According to the details, decision was taken during the meeting of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership chaired of Imran Khan.
participants expressed their concern over meeting between members of Election Committee of Pakistan (ECP) and government delegation. “CEC Sikandar Raja Sultan violated the code of the ESP of behavior,” PTI management said.
Meeting also decided to bring no-confidence traffic against election Committee in two provincial assemblies, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Meanwhile, the PTI chairman dispatched legal experts start production.

Previously in day, former Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said PTI is considering over link casting against Chief Commissioner for Elections (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja against meeting of ruling leaders coalition.
Addressing the spokesman, Fawad Chaudhry said that the leaders of decree coalition met CEC and discussed the case of prohibited financing, which against code of judges of behavior that also refers to Sikandar Sultan.
“As members of ESP may meet people who are party to the point,” he said, adding that the CEC and members of ECP broke their code of lead of judicial branch.

It is appropriate to mention here that government a delegation of of leaders of the Pakistan Democratic Alliance (PDM) and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), met with head of the EKP and demanded announcement of reserved verdict of case of PTI foreign funding.
Talking to media islamabad, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that government delegation met with election Committee of Pakistan (ECP) Head and provincial members of ESP to demand verdict on case of PTI foreign funding.
