Police pursued a damaged SUV on Wednesday in South Los Angeles area before driver and two passengers gave up in South bay.
chase began in Hawthorne after the report of a stolen vehicle.
The SUV sustained significant damage to the front passenger side, possibly from crash.
driver headed south on highway 110 before heading west on Highway 105 in South Bay of Los Angeles. driver eventually stopped at the Pacific Coast Highway and Sycamore Avenue, just south of Los Angeles where three people in SUV was arrested.
