SC order on Article 63-A “cannot be applied retroactively”

ISLAMABAD:

Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz argued in the Lahore High Court that the majority opinion of the Supreme Court in presidential address on interpretation and scope of Article 63-A could not affect his election as chief executive of the province, since the ruling of the high court could not be applied retroactively.
