ISLAMABAD: On the quest record their protest against bills on elections and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), women parliamentarians belonging to the PTI demonstrated on Thursday outside House of Parliament.
The protest was led by party leaders Alia Hamza, Kanwal Shauzab and Malika Bokhari.
Protesters tried to enter the parliament building building climbing the gate record their protest. They chanted slogans of “import hukumat namanzur” (foreign government not nice) against in rising inflation in country, as well as bills passed coalition government during a joint session.
A little of protesters also delivered dishes to the site of demonstration.
In pursuit of a ward off any unpleasant incident, the police personnel also got to the site of protest.
Last month, the National Assembly passed bills to abolish the PTI. government electoral reforms overseas Pakistanis are entitled to vote through i-Voting and electronic voting machines (COMPUTER). Some bills related to laws of National Accountability NAB were also passed.
Earlier this month, President Arif Alvi refused sign accounts, after which coalition government I decided call a joint session for passage of accounts.
