A 13-yearan old boy driving stolen car was shot dead to a Texas cop after cops said the teen rammed a patrol vehicle during chase Friday.
The San Antonio Police Department said officers are responding to reports of shots fired in block 5100 of War Cloud Street around 1:30 am when they spotted the red car with three teenagers inside.
