Ravindra Prakash Gautam, Sub-Division Officer (SDO) with Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (DVVNL) put a picture of Bin Laden in his office with note below Its text was: “Respected Osama bin Laden, world’s best Junior Engineer”, officials added.

Senior District Officials took Knowledge of The order and ordered to stop Gautam after bin Laden’s photo with The note was widely shared on social media. Officials also said that the photo was taken at a later time down from SDO to office.
Farrukhabad District Magistrate Sanjay Kumar Singh told PTI that the administration director of DVVNL has suspended Gautam “following an investigation into the incident”.
However, the SDO has defended his act, saying that anyone can be an “idol” to someone. Osama was best Junior Engineer of The world. the picture was removed “But I have many copies of it,” Gautam was quoted by PTI as saying.
