More Conservative MPs leave support by Boris Johnson over ‘Shameful’ Party #10

Three more Conservative MPs refused to participate support by Boris Johnson in commemoration of Sue Gray Report, with one saying that his statement was not misleading parliament over No 10 parties were credible.

John Baron, David Simmonds and Angela Richardson brought the number of MPs speak out against Johnson after Wednesday’s report to four after York constituency MP Julian Sturdee said yesterday that he should go. BUT total of 21 Conservative supporters now publicly demand his removal, but behind scenes that others privately said he should step down.

Basildon and Billericaya MP Mr Baron said Gray’s report and the Metropolitan Police’s investigation into lockdown-breaking gatherings in Downing Street ‘paint a shameful pattern of bad behavior during a pandemic like everyone else of us adhered to the Covid rules.”

Mr. Baron said the most serious accusation against premier was that he deliberately misled parliament when he insisted in December that without parties took place and social distancing rules were saved for all times.

Mr Johnson told the House of Representatives yesterday of Commons that he briefly visited the room of events to give farewell speeches to thank departing employees, but not know what they later developed to drunken parties.

But Mr. Baron said: “Given the scale of rule-violation in No 10, I cannot accept that the Prime Minister did not know. Therefore, his repeated assurances in A parliament that was not rule-hacked is simply implausible.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Simmonds, whose north London place of Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner, neighbors to Johnson’s constituency, stated: clear that while government and our policy enjoy in confidence of in public, prime minister not.

“Accordingly, it’s time for him to step down so new leadership can take forward important work of in government in ensuring that our people and the country is prospering.

AT post on Facebook, Guildford MP Angela Richardson said: “I clear if this was a report on my leadership, I would have resigned.”

Ms Richardson said she feared Mr Johnson’s apology in House of Commons on Wednesday was “too little, too late”.

And she added: “Trust has been eroded and it saddens me that the culture in No. 10 and length of the time of the investigation undermined the credibility in your political representatives. It doesn’t reflect well on all of us.

“Sue Gray reflects many people’s view When she says:’ senior leadership at the center, both political and officialshould be held responsible. I clear if this was a report on my leadership, I would have resigned.”
