ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemns conviction of famous Kashmiri Yassin Malik by Indian court on false accusations of terrorism and demanded of in international community take into account of victimization of true representative leadership of people of Illegally Indian Occupied Kashmir (IIOJ&K)
prime minister on his twitter said guilty verdict of prominent Kashmiri leader Yassin Malik on false funding accusations – a futile attempt to silence voices critical of Egregious violations of human rights in India. “Modi must be held accountable for these violations of human rights,” he said.
He said world community especially the United Nations and the Human Rights Council should notice of additional law and justice activities of Indian government based on on victimization of Kashmiri leadership.
He claimed that Pakistan would accept up issue of victimization of Kashmiri leadership in IIOJ&K from Indian government generally international forums and OIC effectively. “As on August 5, 2019, the illegal annexation of Kashmir, business against Yasin Malik also illegal and illegal,” Shehbaz Sharif said.
The Prime Minister noted that the Indian government who is afraid of body of Syed Ali Gilani Shahid was also scared of leaders like Yasin Malik. “Kashmir Shuhda” like Ashraf Sahrai and his martyrs son are like milestones of motion for the right to self-determination,” he said.
“We welcome the unprecedented struggle of Kashmiri people and for the sacrifices they make to achieve their sacred goals,” he said. He once again urged world community to play This role in decision of Kashmir issue in in light of UN Security Council resolutions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemning the fictitious court, also made a demarche to the Indian chargé d’affaires in Islamabad over case of Yasin Malik.
