The man has been charged with in murder of seven-year- old girl who was stabbed death almost 30 years ago.
Nikki Allan body was found in en abandoned building in clothing garth area of Sunderland in October 1992 She disappeared after she left her grandparents. home and neighbors formed search parties in desperate attempt to find her.
Nikki body was later found in abandoned old stock exchange building several hundred yards far, after her shoes were seen outside. She was wounded 37 times.

Not-one so far brought to justice for her murder.
David Thomas Boyd, 54 of Chesterton Court, Norton, Stockton, appeared before South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court. in South Shields on Monday morning. he was taken into custody in in custody and must appear at Newcastle Crown Court in Newcastle on Tuesday.

A CPS spokesman said: “After review of file of evidence presented by the Northumbrian police, the Crown Prosecution Authority authorized the police to lay information in to obtain a World Court Warrant for in arrest of Human, in attitude to death of Nikki Allan in East End of Sunderland in 1992.
