Serial killer Levi Bellfield engaged and requested prison wedding, ministry of Justice confirmed.
Bellfield has applied for permission to marry a woman while he is serving two lifetime orders for murder of Marsha McDonnell, Amelie Delagrange and Millie Dowler.

Bellfield was given a lifetime term for murder of McDonnell, 19 years old, in 2003 and for murder of 22-year-old Delagrange and attempted murder Kate Sheedy, 18 in 2004.
